We believe that the Israelis and Palestinians deserve a chance to live in peace but that there are obstacles that prevent this from happening. |

1. The Palestine Media Center henceforth the (PMC) is an independent official institution established in November 2001. The PMC is under the direct supervision of PLO Executive Committee Member Mr. Yasser Abed Rabbo.
2. The decision to establish the PMC stemmed from the urgent need to provide a reliable and professional media source that will cater the media with accurate, timely and informative news relevant to the Palestinian reality.
3. The PMC will formulate a media strategy to present and transmit the official position on various issues of concern to the Palestinian cause, and reality in terms of politics, economics and culture. |

| The Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC) was founded in 1983 by a group of Palestinian agronomists responding voluntarily to the deterioration in agricultural extension programs in the Jordan Valley area of the West Bank as a result of the Israeli occupation by offering expert advice to marginalized, poor farmers in the area.This voluntary effort gained momentum and recognition over a short period of time, and, transformed into a non governmental organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development in rural areas in Palestine. |
